Classes are a great way to stay motivated, stick to a routine, and give you added accountability.

ELITE Classes are led by certified coaches, so you will have proper direction and focus on form from an expert throughout the entire workout.

Take the classes with your friends or meet new friends while working out!

Back in Action

This class focuses on building functional strength and spinal stability to prevent lower back pain. Learn safe and effective ways to exercise without worrying about flare ups.

Weight Training 101

Learn the foundational movements for the major body parts. This class is offered for "Upper Body" and "Legs". The focus is learning how to do the most effective movements and how to do them with proper form and technique. The class incorporates resistance in the form of weights or body weight.

Boxing

A simple and effective workout that teaches the basics of boxing: stance, footwork and punches. The workout will also include endurance and conditioning work.

Booty & Abs

This class is designed to target and strengthen the glute and abdominal muscles. The workout uses a mix of bodyweight exercises, resistance bands and weights.

Freestyle Fitness

Freestyle Fitness is a full body workout that combines cardio and strength training. The class includes high intensity exercise along with dynamic stretching, lifting weights and plyometrics. The workouts are geared to losing body fat, increasing cardiovascular efficiency and increasing strength.

Bootcamp

Bootcamp is a fun and challenging complete workout and is the perfect combination of cardio of varying intensity along with resistance training. The goal is to build muscle and also improve cardiovascular health all while learning how to use various equipment and machines on the gym floor to increase overall "gym confidence".

Hiit It hard

Resistance with body weight and cardio in a sequence of explosive high interval intensity exercises.

Spin

Expect a mix of hill climbing, sprinting, standing, and flat rides, we will be changing pace and intensity. Music is a motivator!!! Ideal for all levels.

Zumba

Zumba is an interval workout. The dances move between high and low intensity to get your heartrate up and boost your calorie burn. Ideal for all levels.

Total Body Strength

Target all the major muscle groups in the body using cardio, weight training and core exercises in this class. Focus is on proper form and technique. Exercises very from bodyweight, resistance bands and dumbbells.

Power Flow Yoga

Power Flow is a dynamic, fitness-based approach to yoga that blends strength, flexibility, and endurance. In this high-energy class, you’ll move through a series of challenging postures designed to build strength, tone muscles, and increase cardiovascular fitness. Expect to break a sweat as you enhance both your physical and mental stamina.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is slow-paced style of yoga, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time (2-4 minutes) than in other yoga styles. Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body (tendons, fasciae and ligaments) through long, slow holds with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.

Slow Flow Yoga

In this class the focus is on holding the poses while emphasizing a mindful connection between breath and movement. The full body, deep stretch is designed to release muscle tension and restore optimal alignment, improve performance and prevent injuries.

Core & Stretch

This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture with a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles. Followed by isolated stretches to specific muscles to improve and increase your range of motion around many of the joints of the body and increase your flexibility.

Barre

Barre is a "toning, body-weight-lifting workout,” It engages muscles you do not normally target—ones deep inside your body that squats, lunges and sit-ups don't reach. With high-reps and low-impact movements, barre challenges anyone looking to fine-tune their muscles—no ballet experience required.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a way to stretch and strengthen your body, primarily the muscles of the core, which span from your hips and shoulders. The class incorporates Bender balls and Magic Circle rings to challenge the muscles of the body.
