GROUP FITNESS

Group fitness is a great way to stay motivated, stick to a routine, and give you the added accountability from the instructor and other members.

All group classes at Elite Island Fitness are led by a certified instructors or certified personal trainers, so you will have proper direction and focus on form from an expert throughout the entire workout.

Take the classes with your friends or meet new friends while working out! Join others and be encouraged to stay active and have fun in a motivating and social setting.

Yoga with Sarah

Sarah is a certified yoga instructor with a passion for wellness. Inspired by her own holistic healing through yoga, she feels inspired to be a guide for others on their journey.

She teaches different styles of yoga including slow flow, yin, and power. One of her core beliefs is yoga is for “every body”.

Whether it’s your first time trying yoga or if you’ve been practicing for years, she strives to make her classes as inclusive as possible through the use of clear cues, the offering of props, and variations for poses.

Core Strength & Stability, Bootcamp and Stretch with Justin

"Justin the Animal" is ready to kick some ABS with you in his Core Strength & Stability class.

If you are feeling sore or stiff, his Stretch class will leave you feeling brand new.

Justin's Bootcamp is perfect for anyone new to the gym or looking to build confidence on the gym floor; it's all about functional training and building muscle.

Any and all his classes will have you unleashing your inner animal.

Right before turning 50, Rosé decided to be in the best shape of her life and started the journey of getting back to the gym. It is her passion to share with others how to get stronger and feel better about working out.

Her philosophy? "Life is short and nothing feels better than feeling strong in your body". Join her classes and get stronger together.
